For our well-known client in Fribourg we're looking for a Solution Center Specialist (1st level support) for a 6 months project.

Responsibilities:
* Act as Subject Matter Expert for managing stakeholder requests
* Manage calls from suppliers and associates related to invoice and payment inquiries and resolve requests raised by e-mail
* Ensure timely resolution of requests in high quality within agreed response time (. Support Request-to-Pay service with the aim to assure efficient and correct request/issue handling
Major Accountabilities:
* Act as 1st level support:
* Cover phones from from Mon-Fri
* Manage calls and solve respective requests (call center activities) in the R2P area; ensuring turn-around-time (1st level support for any enterprise asset in scope of the EU FSC (eSHOP SRM, VIM, Basware IP)
* eTravel support for markets still in the EU FSC scope
* Initiate invoice processing corrections according to stakeholder input
* Train other team members and onboard new joiners
* Close collaboration with all R2P streams
Education required: Commercial diploma, degree or school diploma in finance and/or accounting or relevant experience.
Experience: 1-2 years in account payable department (preferably shared services) or customer service
Languages: Good command of English and French and/or German + one other EU language.
Technical & Professional Knowledge & Skills:
* Excellent accounting knowledge in IFRS and local standards to process allocated tasks in an efficient and timely manner and medium reporting knowledge
* Team player mind set, good communication skills
* Master IT tools to allow appropriate accounting treatment. Microsoft Office package.
