Responsible for system architectures and solutions. Main deliverables include the Solution Brief (Concept), Solution Architecture (Blueprint) and Architecture Decision Document (for ARB)Identify solution architecture design alternatives based on the client’s objective and budget
Provide technical leadership and guidance across the lifecycle of a project to drive delivery of high-quality solutions, while ensuring that the solution fits the existing application landscape
Proposes, recommends or facilitates the selection of appropriate tools, techniques, and resources for all technical components of the solution
Defines and estimates project proposals, oversees the technical component of the SOW and the technical component of project plans
Act as a liaison with other architect functions (security architects, data architects, technology architects, enterprise architects)
Responsible for identifying technical risks, communicating those risks and recommending solutions that mitigate the risk to the client
Identifying opportunities to reuse enterprise and shared technology services
Influence a wide range of stakeholders across multiple LOBs & obtain consensus on the correct technical solution
Partnering with multiple delivery teams operating in agile and traditional waterfall fashion to ensure solutions built are aligned to the long-term target architecture
Completes the solution architecture documentation for the program/project
