Job Description:
Languages: German & English
• At least 3+ years of relevant ServiceNow skills and experience.
• CSA, CAD & CIS certified ServiceNow Consultant from an Elite ServiceNow partner.
• Experience with ITSM & CSM mainly, with a majority focus on CSM, needed SNOW related certifications.
• Implementation in Customer Service Management (CSM), IT Service Management (ITSM) and Request Management.
• ServiceNow Solution/implementation experience
Certifications:
• ServiceNow CSA certification, plus at least two further ServiceNow mainline certifications (like any CIS, CAD, CAS)
Preferred:
• Experience with designing ServiceNow Workflows (in areas like IT, Employee, Customer, Create/former App Engine).
• Experience with ServiceNow integrations.
• Experience in conducting Fit Gap workshops, writing the Solution Design Document.
