Service Delivery Manager - IT Network/Service Provider Management - This is an exciting new opportunity for and experienced SD Manager with strong Vendor and Incident Management skills. Our client has outsourced the operation of their network environment and require the following skills and experience;
Responsibilities
- Management of services and projects (in close cooperation with service provider's service level manager).
- Monitor and control performance of services (in close cooperation with service provider customer service manager).
- Determine process gaps and implement process improvements where necessary.
- review of incidents, problems, changes.
- Improve implemented control mechanisms for SLAs
The successful candidate must have the following skills
- Experience in an outsourced environment
- Incident and Problem management skills
- Contract and SLA management experience
- Basic Network knowledge
- Good communication skills
