Aufgabe:Questioning the tried and true and driving appropriate redesigns and enhancements with a "game changer mentality" and in the spirit of the customers from the field.
Support and further development of the HR module under ECC with a focus on personnel administration / organizational management / payroll and time management as well as the Fiori portal
Customizing the HR sub-modules (incl. schemas and calculation rules) and the corresponding authorization roles as well as the development of interfaces and reports (ABAP – nice to have).
Ensuring operational run including support for the power users in the business departments
Developing optimal solution scenarios for new requirements in close cooperation with representatives of the business departments, Digital Transformation and SAP Basis, creating the corresponding concepts and documentation
Active collaboration in projects such as S4/HANA transformation and coordination of small operational changes
Anforderungen:
Completed IT studies or comparable education with several years of professional experience
Very good knowledge (at least 5-years experience) in SAP HR module support and project work in the HR environment
Quality-conscious and team-oriented personality
Solid knowledge of German, very good communication skills in English
At least 2 years working in Switzerland and knowledge of the Swiss market / regulations
