On behalf of our client, a world-leading pharmaceutical company based in Switzerland, Swisslinx are looking for an experienced Senior Software engineer with SAP SRM experience
Senior SAP ABAP Developer, MM, SRM, Pharma (Contract, Basel)
You will be responsible for assessing new or modified requirements with respect to technical feasibility and complexity and the impact on current and planned systems, standards and guidelines (requirements engineering). You will be exploring solution alternatives and verify their feasibility and Defining versions of products, software and releases. In addition, you will be in charge of analysis of problems, providing third level support, definition and implementation of the escalation procedures.
For this role we are looking for someone with a following profile:
9+ years of SAP ABAP - (ABAP objects & Web Dynpro ABAP development experience)
Experience in SRM
Minimum 3 full life cycle SRM7.x implementation (preferably in self-service procurement & contract management)
5+ years of ABAP in SAP MM purchasing
In addition you have:
Experience in SRM with multiple ECC integration, SRM and CLM integration, HR replication, Ariba Network integration with SAP ECC
Technical expertise on system enhancements utilizing user exits, BAPI and BADIs
Experience in design and development of interfaces between SAP and external systems utilizing File/FTP, SOAP, HTTP, RFC and IDoc adapters
Extensive experience in code review and performance tuning
Experience in co-ordinate all the development activities
This is a contract role for 10 months with possibility of an extension.
