The Senior Requirements Engineer will oversee the requirements engineering process from identification to implementation. Responsibilities include stakeholder engagement, documentation, risk analysis, change management, and coordination with project teams.Role & Responsibilities:
Identify and document requirements from various sources.
Conduct stakeholder interviews and manage stakeholder expectations.
Ensure completeness, consistency, and compliance of requirements.
Analyze technical and organizational risks associated with requirements.
Lead the Change Control Board and manage change requests.
Communicate requirements effectively to internal and external stakeholders.
Coordinate requirements with other projects and systems.
Drive the implementation of agile procedures in requirements engineering.
Required technical & professional expertise
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
6+ years of experience in requirements engineering or related roles.
Proficiency in requirement management tools and methodologies.
Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Experience in change management and leading change control processes preferred.
Certification in requirements engineering - IREB/CPRE.
Hermes Advanced Certification.
