Our client, a leading Medical Device company in Winterthur, Switzerland is currently seeking an experienced and innovative Senior R&D Head to join their team. As the leader of this critical function within the organization, you will be responsible for driving innovation across our clients' entire product range while ensuring regulatory compliance.Key Responsibilities:
- Lead R&D activities including the tech transfer processes
- Oversee MDR compliance
- Ensure all products adhere to international safety standards through effective regulatory management
Relevant Qualification(s):
- A bachelor's degree or higher qualification in engineering or similar
- Previous experience in the Medical Device industry
- Fluent English; German is a plus
