Senior Programme Test Manager/Project Lead
Our client, headquartered in Zurich, is an important subsidiary of a global company in the finance industry. We are looking for a Senior Programme Manager/Project Lead who can start as soon as possible.
Role:
- Challenging position as Programme Test Manager in a Global Payments Program
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the overall direction, coordination, implementation, execution, control and completion of specific projects ensuring consistency with company strategy, commitments and goals
- Responsible for system integration test of one release
- Collaboration with test stream leads for functional testing, non-functional testing, test automation and test tools
- Collaboration with IT PL of the respective release and the Program Manager
- Planning, preparation and execution of all tests including resource planning within area of responsibility and requesting of resources from Test Release Lead
- Coordination of re-testing activities based on announced bug fixes in current the release
- Reporting of consolidated sub-team status to Test Release and Stream Leads
- Manage team leads of additional test streams
Skills:
- 10 years of experience as Test Manager at a programme level
- Very good planning skills
- Very good understanding of application landscapes
- Banking/financial experience (ideally in payments)
- Very good stakeholder management skills at director level
- Willing to travel on quarterly basis
