Beschreibung
Ihre Aufgaben- Act as product owner for the following functional areas within DiAS
- Define key use cases out of the DiAS roadmap
- Drive and deliver the DiAS roadmap concept until year end
- Prototyping with a UX team including development
- Manage a small team of developers
- Closely liaise with key stakeholders in Advisory Solutions, Front units, IT and CRO
- Facilitate & lead workshops with all relevant stakeholders in order to define the target functionality
- Collect and prioritize requirements in order to establish a product roadmap
Muss-Anforderungen
- Solid knowledge of the Wealth Management business: products and services, investment & advisory processes
- Experience with the implementation of regulatory requirements (e.g. MiFID checks) and legal requirements in a cross-border context (e.g. product distribution in a cross-border context)
- Broad experience and strong skills in process analysis and process design
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
- High degree of familiarity with projects in a complex context
- Familiarity with agile methodologies
