Senior Office 2010 Remediation Expert
A major Investment Banking client is looking for a Senior Office 2010 Remediation Expert to work in their Zurich offices. The successful candidate will be the single Support resource for all the EUA Owners. Some tasks will include: P rovide remediation guidance on all Excel/Access/VBA compatibility issue, maintain Developer Wiki, present at Developer Forum.
Desired skills:
- University degree or equivalent certificate with reference to IT
- High-energy individual with drive and self-initiative
- Recognized Expert as a Remediation Expert for Office 2010 area
- Previous Experience of successfully leading Office 2010 migration in a financial institution
- Expert-level understanding of Office 2010 and desktop migration activities
- Ability to escalate to Microsoft TAM
- Professional hands-on Experience using OfficeConverter tool
- Ability to manager other Microsoft Access and Excel technical experts providing Level 2 remediation support to Office content owners and manual remediation of Office files
- Ability to multi-task and communicate effectively with operational resources
- Stakeholder management experience at all levels of an organization including Senior Management
- Strong communication skills in English (oral and written)
