IT Project Manager - SAP migration to Cloud vacancy requiring profound SAP knowledge for a globally operating Solothurn based company in the energy sector.Your tasks:
- Being responsible for the SAP migration to the cloud with refactoring project in all phases
- Creating roadmaps, project charters, delivery plans and the project communications plan
- Initiating the project setup and leading the project through phase and quality tests
- Managing project changes, risks, assumptions, issues and dependencies
- Ensuring project status reporting to sponsors and stakeholders
- Cooperating with department heads to develop guidelines, standards, KPIs and processes
- Organizing meetings and workshops as well as performing stakeholder management
Your experience/knowledge:
- 8+ years of experience in IT project management, especially in SAP migration projects
- Proven track record of project implementation in the context of SAP ECC 6.0 and HANA database refactoring on AWS EC2
- Expertise in leading IT project delivery teams, preferably in the energy or trading sector
- Knowhow of agile and classical methodologies and tools, and the software development lifecycle
- Knowledge in DevOps processes as well as cloud and infrastructure technologies is a plus
- Degree in engineering or IT or equivalent experience along with PM certifications
- Language skills: English - fluent in written and spoken, German or French is beneficial
