Source Technology are partnered with a key client in Zurich who are looking for a freelance Senior Desk Support Analyst for 12 months starting ASAP.
- Strong all-rounder ability to pick up and support custom apps quickly
- Very strong interpersonal skills
- Strong Excel knowledge
- Some knowledge of Windows Admin (no engineering, but needs to know basic win server admin & troubleshooting)
- Infrastructure cloud/virtualization knowledge
- Scripting such as powershell/batch or similar
- Knowledge of SQL Server (basic admin and some basic querying)
- Can read .NET c# code and provide 1st Level support
