Senior Business Engineer
To strengthen the team in Switzerland our client is looking for a Business Engineer & Requirement Engineer for a very exciting project within the Finance Industry
Responsibilities
- Create and support the creation of the requirements and specifications on the different levels and ensure consistency across different levels
- Support the risk management regarding critically and rating of requirements
- Decompose higher level requirements into lower-level requirements of specifications with an appropriate level of detail including Use cases, Business rules, Interface, screen, work flows, reports & non-functional specifications
- Lead requirements analysis, ensuring that requirement statements are complete, consistent, concise, comprehensive, traceable, feasible, unambiguous, and verifiable and that they conform to standards
- Input for improvement areas for the requirements management process
- Enter, manipulate and report on requirements stored in the requirements management tool
- Define requirement attributes and facilitate their use throughout the project
- Coordination with the ITPL and business during all project phases
- Support the business during UAT. Testing Activities include Test Case Design, Test/Re-Test Execution, Defect Tracking
Requirements
- More than 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst and/or Requirements Engineer
- Recent project experience in Mobile Banking/E-banking
- Proven experience in designing and documenting business requirements.
- Multiple years of experience with payments
- Familiar with agile development (SCRUM)
- Excellent communication in English (verbal & writing) skills and German fluent
