Next Link Solutions is looking for a Senior Business Analyst to work on site for a big pharma company in Kaiseraugst, Switzerland.
General information:
We are looking for a candidate who has profound experience as Business Analyst with Label Management Systems (a big plus is experience with OPAL)
Start date: 01.06.2017 (latest start date: 15.06.2017)
End date: 29.12.2017
Extension: might be possible but would need to be approved
Work load: 100%
Work location: Kaiseraugst
Remote/Home Office: 1 day per week possible (prior to approval)
Travel: Not required
Team: Candidate will work closely with the project manager
Tasks & Responsibilities:
Act as the interface between business and IT
Support Business during Requirement definition phase
Understand business processes and propose possible technical solutions
Ensure proper tracking and closure of tasks on agreed timelines and delivery is according expected quality.
Act as a SPOC for application supplier for changes, requests and incidents
Run testing activities for the application in the responsibility area
Must Haves:
7+ years of experience as Business Analyst
Profound experience with Label Management Systems (esp. OPAL would be a big plus)
Profound experience in creating specification documents
Excellent written and verbal communication skills (German & English)
Experience in Project Management
Nice to Haves:
+ OPAL Knowhow
+ Former experience in Manufacturing or Supply Chain area
+ Former Roche experience
+ Experience in Pharma and GxP environment
