we are looking for a Senior Business Analyst – BSI CRM (M/F/D). In this role, you will be responsible for defining the service catalog, specifying processes, organizing and moderating workshops, validating processes by specialized staff, as well as developing test cases and support for testing activities.
• Responsible for the service catalog as the basis and specification of all processes
• Organization and moderation of workshops with commercial resources to describe needs
• Responsible for process validation sessions by specialized personnel
• Description of test cases and support during testing phases
Must have competences
• 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in the health insurance field
• Proven experience in specifying IT implementations and/or parameterizing IT systems
• Highly proficient in documenting processes with BPMN or similar tools
• Very good knowledge in the field of BSI CRM tools
• Open personality with quick comprehension skills
• Fluency in French and German
