Senior Application Consultant SAPStart Date: ASAP
Contract Length: 8 Months
Location / Remote Working: Bern, Switzerland - (40% onsite, 60% remote - Tuesday & Wednesday are office days)
Pay Rate: CHF per hour
Trust in Soda are partnered with one of the world's most well-known passenger transportation companies. They are looking for someone to become part of their IHE (maintenance development) team and create the SAP S4 requirements for maintenance plans and work plans PP/PM module with them. Support them in further strengthening the digital zone in the area of rolling stock maintenance and transferring it to the new S/4 and cloud world. For this position, they are looking for a lead consultant with specific know-how for the PPG tool, which is intended to be used to create and map work plans and parts lists.
Responsibilities:
- Contribute to the target design of the S/4 program.
- Close coordination with the epic owner
- Close collaboration with the PM and PO (e.g. formulating features in Jira)
- Coordinates between the S4 integration topics and the IHE team
- Preparation, implementation, and follow-up of the Fit-to-Standard (F2S) workshops together with the PO
- Ensuring and coordinating the integration points across RE via the integration manager.
- Documenting results & creating artifacts (CollabD, FSConfigDoc) in collaboration with the agile team members.
- Active support as part of an agile team in the creation of requirements and analysis in the context of the IT system
- Conception and implementation of IT solutions in collaboration with the rolling stock maintenance department
Essential Skill Set:
- Very good knowledge of the PPG tool with specific know-how for setting up and mapping work plans and parts lists, as a basis for a TOS (Technical order structure)
- Very good understanding of the entire SAP architectural landscape
- Experience in creating functional specifications.
- Experience with interfaces.
- Proficient in German and English
- Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA, SAP Activate and the new cloud solutions (such as SAP APM)
- Implementation of at least one project, ideally in passenger transport
- Experience with SAP Solution Manager
- Good integrative knowledge of the SAP modules MM/ PM/ PP
- Experience in process modelling with BPMN 2.0
- Knowledge of SAFE methodology

Sie suchen jemanden, der Teil ihres IHE-Teams (Maintenance Development) wird und mit ihnen die SAP S4-Anforderungen für Wartungspläne und Arbeitspläne PP/PM-Modul erstellt. Unterstützen Sie sie dabei, den digitalen Bereich im Bereich der Schienenfahrzeuginstandhaltung weiter zu stärken und in die neue S/4- und Cloud-Welt zu überführen. Für diese Position suchen sie einen Lead Consultant mit spezifischem Know-how für das PPG-Tool, mit dem Arbeitspläne und Stücklisten erstellt und abgebildet werden sollen.
Aufgaben:
- Mitwirken am Zieldesign des S/4 Programms
- Enge Abstimmung mit dem Epic Owner
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem PM und PO (z.B. Features ausformulieren in Jira)
- Koordiniert zwischen den Integrationsthemen S4 und dem Team IHE
- Vorbereitung, Durchführung & Nachbereitung der Fit-to-Standard (F2S) Workshops gemeinsam mit dem PO
- Sicherstellen und Koordinieren der Integrationspunkte via Integrations-Manager RE übergreifend
- Dokumentieren von Ergebnissen & Erstellen von Artefakten (CollabD, FS ConfigDoc) in Zusammenarbeit mit den agilen Team Mitgliedern
- Aktive Unterstützung als Teil eines agilen Teams bei der Erstellung von Anforderungen und Analyse im Kontext des IT-Systems
- Konzeption und Implementation von IT-Lösungen in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Fachbereich im Bereich Instandhaltung Rollmaterial
Muss-Kriterien:
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse des Tools PPG mit spezifischen Know-how für den Aufbau und Abbildung von Arbeitsplänen sowie Stücklisten, als Basis für eine TOS (Technical order structure)
- Sehr gutes Verständnis über die gesamte SAP-Architekturlandschaft
- Erfahrung in der Erstellung von funktionalen Spezifikationen
- Erfahrung mit Schnittstellen
- Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
- Kenntnisse von SAP S/4HANA, SAP Activate und den neuen Cloud-Lösungen (wie SAP APM)
- Umsetzung mindestens eines Projektes bei den SBB, optimalerweise bei Personenverkehr
- Erfahrung mit SAP Solution Manager
- Gute integrative Kenntnisse zu den SAP Modulen MM/ PM/ PP
- Erfahrung in Prozessmodellierung mit BPMN 2.0
- Kenntnisse der SAFe Methodik
