SAP Reliability Engineer vacancy requiring profound FPSL knowledge for a globally operating Zurich based company in the financial sector.Your tasks:
- Designing, executing, and maintaining robust solutions for SAP HANA systems
- Developing strategies for optimal performance of SAP HANA databases and SAP FPSL product
- Collaborating across teams to fine-tune configurations, troubleshoot issues, and minimize operational risks
- Monitoring system health, analyzing performance metrics and implementing measures against downtime and performance issues
- Conducting routine performance evaluations to optimize resource usage, resulting in an efficient cloud cost structure
- Addressing incidents, conducting root cause analysis and driving corrective measures
- Participating in the development and testing of disaster recovery and business continuity plans
Your experience/knowledge:
- Extensive experience in SAP HANA administration, configuration, and performance tuning
- Proficiency in designing and executing high availability solutions for SAP HANA systems
- Familiarity with scripting languages and automation tools for system maintenance and monitoring
- Deep understanding of database concepts, SQL, and data administration practices
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms, virtualization, and containerization technologies
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or other technical discipline, or equivalent experience

- Outstanding analytical skills coupled with the capability to tackle intricate problems
- Adeptness in collaborating effectively with multifunctional teams both verbally and in written form
