Our client, a major Pharma global player is currently looking for a SAP Project Manager (HR/HCM) with experience in Compensation and Benchmarking projects for a 9 months contract in Basel.
Project Scope:
- Lead implementation of GJFA Based Benchmarking including process design, definition and roll-out of global guidelines
- Design principles including implementation of Benchmarking SaaS solution and integration in the project
- Responsible for stakeholder alignment
- Manage team of functional and technical resources supporting the roll-outs of all countries in scope
- Responsible for global template, functional design, test strategy, county roll-outs and localization approach
- Managing integration with SAP OM, SAP PA, SAP ECM, SAP HCM P&F, SAP PY
- Timeline-management and life cycle responsibility
Required experience:
- 5+ year of experience in SAP OM, PA, PY, ECM (eCOMP), HCM P&F, ESS, MSS on EhP7
- 7+ years of experience in project management of global projects in international working environments
- In-depth knowledge of relevant Total Rewards concepts (ie Market Pricing, Salary Surveys, Job Evaluation, Base Pay Structes, Inventive Programs, etc.)
- Experience in integration of job frameworks with external benchmarking solutions and interfaces into existing base pay, STI, and LTI models
Miscellaneous:
START: April 2015 (upon agreement)
END: December2015
Workload: 100% (40 hours per week)
