For one of our clients in the consumer-goods industry we’re looking for a freelance SAP HCM Data Deletion Consultant:Project Description
The service is requested as part of the Data Protection project in 2023.
The project has the purpose to implement further data deletion processes and enhance the compliance processes.
Task Description
The scope of services includes the following tasks, which are independently performed by the external contractor:
Implement and configure based on requirements provided by the client:
-concept for blocking of HCM data via authorization object P_DURATION
-concept for deletion of HCM data in customer tables
-concept for deletion of HCM data in Non-EU countries
-streamline existing deletion tools to foster state-of-the-art deletion in the HR environment
Analysis in development system to increase speed of data deletion tools and hand-over to dx project manager / application manager to foster technical stability of system
Documentation of the implemented tools and hand-over to dx project manager for validation and approval.

Implementation: Deletion / Blocking of SAP HCM data (Infopye, SAP table, PD structure) via standard ILM solutions or custom ABAP developments
