SAP GRC & Securities - Application Support Analyst (German Speaker)
SAP GRC & Securities - Application Support Analyst is required by our client in Zuchwil, Switzerland. They are looking for the right support Analyst to help them with 1st level support of SAP GRC and security. You will be responsible for the support of SAP users and GRC key users in the field of the SAP Authorization requests and missing authorizations in the ERP systems. You will performs related reporting according to the requirements from both IT and business sides. The support you will provide will mostly be over the phone and online.
Responsibilities:
- Provide telephone and online (email) technical support for ERP end users and GRC Key users in the area of SAP security and GRC system support
- Provide a positive support experience; identify, prioritize and communicate issue resolution over the phone. Perform follow-up assessment of previously resolved issues
- Provide reports and statistics about the technical support provided.
- Completion of basic user requests- Investigation, completion and solution to user ERP issues
- Creation and maintenance of user profiles in the ERP system
- Contribute to Help Desk improvements
- ERP User Administration
- Role Administrator
Key Skills and Experience:
- Education in IT branch or experience with ERP Authorization concept
- Experience with the GRC 10.0 Access Control product ARM and EAM welcome
- Experience in the setup and maintenance of user profiles (refining and maintaining user profiles and authorizations advantage)
- 2 years of work experience as technical support on a similar position
- Knowledge in SAP GRC Access Control, SAP ERP, SAP BI and SAP Solution Manager welcome

You are reliable and possess and analytical way of thinking and great planning skills. You are able to work in a team and eager to learn. You will need to have initiative and be able to employ yourself in various daily jobs, being proactive for further development. You are extremely good at English and German, both spoken and written.
