SAP FI/CO Consultant/BA
For our client we are currently looking for a SAP FI/CO Consultant/BA in Basel, Switzerland.
Start date: ASAP
Duration: 6 months+ (with a possibility to get an extension).
Location: Basel
Description:
- Role would require fixing issues/bugs with the current application, gathering business requirements and doing analysis for future releases.
- Build up documentation of the existing application.
- Work with Technical team to provide functional oversight to the application.
- The focus of a business analyst is to understand the business environment of the business area being supported.
- They facilitate work between business and IT groups to "translate" requirements and enable creation of value added IT solutions.
- The business analyst/consultant on Finance is supporting the business in leveraging and improving mainly SAP R/3 based solutions and other Finance related applications, mainly interfaced with SAP R/3
- The business environment includes knowledge of business strategy, objectives, capabilities, processes, roles and organizational structures within AH Finance.
- Business analysts must also understand influences external to a business organization, such as competitors, regulatory requirements, best in class practices and economic factors.
- He/she liaises with the Business Analysts/Business consultants within the other functional areas likewise Finance, Sales and Marketing etc.
Required:
- Strong knowledge of the SAP FI CO modules.
- Strong Communication and Analytical skills.
- Good knowledge in ABAP Development
