For our customer - a large globally operating financial institution - we are looking for additional support to manage our support mailbox that handles client advisor enquiries. The enquiries come in by e-mail and are answered to a large extent by e-mail.Sachbearbeiter Legal & Compliance (1527)
Task:
- answering client advisor enquiries by e-mail within a team of several supporters
- wording of FAQ questions and answers
- other tasks as required
Assginment:
- initially 3 months; assignement may then be extended based on workload
Skills:
- Experience in legal, compliance or general consultancy
- Some financial industry background would be an asset
- team player
- customer-focused and effective
- persistent
- good communicator
- service oriented
- English, German must, both in writing and comprehension
- Understanding French and Italian (answers can be given in English)
