My client is a highly-regarded and prominent IT solutions provider with operations globally. Due to a massive and sustained uplift in client-side demand, they are currently seeking a internal recruiter to assist with the increased resourcing workload.
The candidate must speak fluent German.
The main thrust of the role will be to facilitate external contractor hiring. Alongside this, they must also:
Publish requirements to vendors.
Handle vendor queries/issues.
Manage external contractor contracts.
Review and negotiate contracts with vendors and ensure contracts is signed on time before contractor joins TCS.
Negotiate rates with vendors whenever applicable.
Facilitate contractor onboarding by creation of ID on time with the help of ID creation team in the global head office
Take care of Contractor compliance as per the legal requirements of the country.
Facilitate training of GBAMS tool to vendors by liasoning with the GBAMS technical team in the global head office
Creating awareness of Contractor hiring process in the country.
Regularly interface with business team & other stakeholders (Internal RMG Team, Vendors, Finance, HRD, Legal, etc.) for smooth operation of the department.
Provide timely data on all activities.
