A challenging Requirements Engineer/Business Analyst - Client Identification position within an international bank in Zurich.
Your tasks:
- Coordinating with general counsel, senior management and external IT providers
- Creating, analysing,developing and validating business requirements in conjunction with IT and business stakeholders
- Ensuring alignment with business requirements by testing cases and reviewing high level design
- Supporting Solution Architects, development and test roles during project phases, as well as requirement alignment to release plan, business processes and the overall context around application and technical architecture
- Being responsible to achieve clear understanding of business goals and needs as well as translating requirements into models and specifications
- Producing requirements engineering artifacts for relevant phases of business initiative as well as driving impact assessment and application transformation related to regulatory or strategic developments
Your experience/skills:
- Higher education in IT, business administration banking or finance; an additional education (BABOK) would be an advantage
- Several years of experience in IT requirements engineering with a focus on banking or financial services
- minimum five years of experience in a relevant role in the banking/finance sector as well as experience with Client Identification (Cross Border software)
- Sound knowledge in business engineering methodologies and solid IT knowhow of concepts and processes to banking IT
- Languages: fluent English both written and spoken, fluent German would be a big plus
