Reporting Specialist - FATCA

Overview of contract
On behalf of our client, a leading financial services institution in Zürich, we are looking for a Reporting Specialist with knowledge of FATCA/AEI
This is a 12 month contract based in Zurich
Main responsibilities
- Work on different projects to further improve our AEI/FATCA reporting (draft project concept, business requirements, training slides and data clean-up instructions; liaise with IT, system providers and Trust Managers)
- Manage clients in tax portals in various countries
- Process data of Structures in our reporting tool, create XMLs to file account-holders for AEI and/or FATCA purposes in various jurisdictions
- Create correction filings if required (correction report in XML format to be uploaded in tax portals)
- Pull data from core-system to perform data analysis for improvement projects
Your skills:
- 3-5 years of experience in SQL and XML, and experienced in AEI/FATCA reporting
- IT affinity (core-system for trust management (NavOne); reporting tool (Fitax)
- SQL for reconciliation purposes
- Create XML for (correction) filings with various tax authorities
- A University degree
- Experienced in AEI/FATCA reporting
- Proficient user of MS Office
- provide high quality deliverables within the given timeframe
- Familiar with trust business
- Project management skills to drive and support improvement projects
- Fluency in English
