Regulatory and Business Change PMO

6-months contract

My Client is a Global Bank in need of a Regulatory and Business Change PMO. In this job located in Zurich you would be part of the Regulatory Strategy and Business Change team.

Key responsibilities:

· Supporting Program Managers

· Program Reporting tasks

· Tracking of risk and issues log

· Conduct team meetings

· Setting up Steering Committees

• Preparation of slides/content
• Structuring storyline
• Preparing/writing meeting minutes

Essential Experience/Skills required for this job:

· 2+ years' experience in a PMO role (preferably in financial industry)

· strong organizational skills

· Excellence skills in PowerPoint and XLS.

· Detail oriented, proactive and flexible personality

· hands-on experience with PPM Clarity tool wold be an advantage

· experience in project reporting would be desired

· Fluency in English, German would be a plus
