A global bank based here in Zurich is looking for aRegional UAT Lead (1892)
The HR Fusion project team is responsible for the implementation of the new HR core platform (Fusion) as part of HR Transformation.
HR Transformation is viewed as an “in-flight” program which is aligned with the Industrialization framework of the company.
In collaboration with the Fusion project leads and the team members the Regional UAT Leads are responsible for the organization and coordination of the UATs to ensure a smooth transition into the new HRi.
You will:
Organize system access for all local test script writers and UAT testers
Coordinate local SME's during test scenario reviews, test case writing and review
Organize logistics for Fusion and Quality Center training
Ensures testing is executed against the plan and support testers in the respective location(s)
Assist the global UAT lead in regards to reporting and defect management
Participate in several UAT calls
Support the run the bank in stabilization phase
We are looking for candidates with:
At least 7 years of experience in the Financial Service industry
The person ideally would have had experience in various functions inside as well as outside of Human Resources
Strong project management skills and experience in managing global virtual teams
Strong network within the organization to pull resources / information
Demonstrated strength to deliver results and implement change against challenging timelines
Skilled communicator to manage stakeholders, project owner and affected employees
Strong communication skills in English (oral and written)
