Redux/React Frontend Engineer
Experis is the global leader in professional resourcing and project-based workforce solutions.
On behalf of our client, a leading financial institution in Zürich, we are looking for a Frontend Engineer to join an Agile DevOps team who are working on and delivering critical applications to the business.
This role will initially run to the end of the year and will be based in Zurich.
Main responsibilities
- Be part of a talented software team that works on delivering critical Financial messaging applications in an agile devops organisation .
- Use React/JS, HTML, CSS to turn designs into performance and maintainable interfaces
- Develop testable and accessible web applications
- Help translate product requirements into user stories and technical solutions within a continuous integration/continuous delivery (CI/CD) environment
- Work in a devops agile environment following agile ceremonies
- Work with designers to identify and solve potential implementation issues
- Communicate with project leads, product managers and other software developers
Your skills:
- 2+ years related experience preferably in a banking environment
- Experience of large-scale applications
- Experience and knowledge of React, Redux, styled-components
- Experience with modern Front End libraries and tooling (npm, webpack)
- Familiarity with responsive design/development and mobile-web best practices
- Experience working in a collaborative coding environment, refining designs together, working through code reviews and managing pull requests You have
- Experience creating customer facing emails and other communications
