Harvey Nash is looking for a Senior Project/Process Quality Manager for a 7 month project in Switzerland.
You are responsible for
managing the results of the quality assurance and testing teams objectively evaluating processes, work products, and services against applicable process descriptions, standards, and procedures identifying and documenting noncompliance issues Providing feedback to project staff on the results of quality assurance activities Ensuring that noncompliance issues are addressed QA/Testing portion of project deliverables (ie test plans, testing solutions, results, budgets, schedules, and quality) Determining new methods and develops new procedures for accomplishing work Interfacing with all levels of management to negotiate project priorities and outcomes Requirements
Experience with IT Structured Software Testing, Testing Specialized, TestDirector, and WinRunner Ability to supervise staff and make personnel decisions Ability to articulate the company's business requirements and objectives regarding quality Ability to manage quality assurance and testing projects, schedules, tasks, and deliverables Ability to effectively communicate quality issues and recommendations to improve quality to senior level IT management Determines process and priorities based on the requirements of a situation. Knowledge of quality assurance and testing processes and tools and industry standards on quality models Negotiates to resolve customer issues by seeking win-win solutions that add value to the customer Develops unique strategies to promote the effectiveness of the group Understands how the IT group operates and how his/her role meets customer needs and creates value Identifies opportunities or problems and acts quickly and decisively to respond to the situation Takes initiative to work on challenging or stretch work assignments Excellent written and spoken English Are you available immediately, have experience working within a Life Science company?
