We are looking for Project Manager/Scrum Master (Agile) for one of our clients in the finance industry:
Your tasks:
- Lead a highly creative team through agile (scrum) sprints to develop mainly new payment applications and solutions.
- Coordinate brainstorm and creativity sessions to develop new functionalities, designs and apps.
- Be part of a highly dynamic and creative team with no static structure and processes.
Your experience/skills:
- 5+ Years experience in the role of a scrum (agile) master
- 4+ Years plus experience as a project manager in software development, payments
- Language: English: fluent/German: conversational
- Strong team player with a "can do" mentality
- Able to work self driven and independently in a "start up" like environment with no static hierarchy, processes & guidelines
