Harvey Nash is looking for a Project Manager with Organizational Change Management for a 7 month project in Switzerland.
The role is for a candidate managing programs and projects; ensuring performance in terms of costs, quality and deadlines.
You are responsible for:
analysing and distilling the initial project ideas; assessing project ideas in terms of implementation, ROI, risk and success factors in co-ordination with the portfolio manager. the creation of project plans with goals, resources, milestones, costs, spend, approach, project structure, risk management within the project organization and distribution of the project contracts in collaboration and approval of the project sponsor. the division of a project or program into sub projects and work packages and creating the corresponding contracts; the evaluation of suppliers and evaluation of proposals; planning of personnel (definition of roles and responsibilities) for the program and associated projects; recruiting and assessing (qualifying) the project team members. the definition of the project marketing strategy and communications plan; ensuring project information is available and distributed and the inclusion of the project sponsor in relevant project activities (managing the relationship) Establishing the project relevant quality management procedures and implementing same; ensuring that the quality of the project output and their acceptance and approval is performed to plan. the application of controlling mechanisms to influence the behaviour of the project team and the external suppliers. the consolidation of the status reports on the project; defining and clarifying any deviations from the project plan; reporting in line with the project plan and implementing necessary corrective actions. monitoring risk and implementing corrective actions; ensuring that corrective actions are effective. checking, accepting and approving project output and integrating these into the overall project. Creating the project completion report (time, cost, functionality, teamwork, achievement of goals, use of the product/service) and documentation of the learnings/experiences from the view of the project team. Requirements
This role is a mix between OCM and PM, so strong OCM skills are required. Preference for knowledge of Digital Marketing and/or Global Product Strategy within Roche. Are you available immediately, have experience working within a Life Science company?
