For a project at our banking client site, we are looking for an experiencedProject Management Coordinator (2133)
Description of the output
Successful administration of project management framework, processes, and tools
Collation of status reporting across multiple programs and business functions
Effective tracking and communication of project status and metrics
Support the creation and improvement of processes, procedures, and tools
Description of the tasks
Support and assist the successful delivery of programs and projects
Assist and advise leaders, managers, and teams to the best use of project management disciplines and approaches within a fast-paced, high tech environment
Act as a reference point for PMO queries and information and an advocate for best practices in project management
Assist in the management of key initiatives and programs supporting the strategic objectives or the organization
Maintain processes to ensure project management documentation, reports and plans are relevant, accurate and complete dir als draft
Your qualification
Bachelor or Master of University or University of Applied Science or relevant work experience
Outstanding conceptual and analytical skills, creativity and persistency
Several years in Project (Portfolio) Management
Working with / managing global teams in a matrix organization
Proven experience in providing service to internal stakeholders to achieve successful project outcomes
Demonstrated capability for problem solving, decision making, sound judgment, assertiveness
Several years of banking experience, preferable with touchpoints to banking infrastructure
Systems/programming languages/databases
Know how in Security Domain considered a plus
Technology
Microsoft Office, Visio, Powerpoint
Fluency in English is mandatory. German would be an advantage.
You have strong communication and negotiation skills, are able to grasp new concepts fast and open to collaborate in an international and multi-cultural environment. A can do attitude and willingness to go the extra mile when required sums up your profile.
