Project Assistant _SharePoint/Touchpoint, Google suite tools (100%) _BaselRole:
For one of our clients we are looking for a Project Assistant. The role is a contract position for 3+ months (with strong possibility of extension) close to Basel, Switzerland.
Project Task:
- General administrative tasks such as meeting organization, business travel coordination, organization of project support and business analysis
- Preparation of meetings and events incl. agendas, invitations and material
- Recruitment interview program coordination
- Get purchase orders in the ARIBA system for Vendors, coding of incoming invoices via ARIBA, tracking of purchase orders, settle
- Travel / entertainment expenses with the expenses tool
- Support confidential HR activities, such as recruitment of staff, personnel issues, and assist with new-starter onboarding and orientation
- Act as a contact person for general requests involving the department, such as moves, office set-up/allocations, etc.
Skills / Requirements:
- Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in project assistance
- Be discrete, diligent and flexible and work actively, independently and be able to prioritize
- Excellent knowledge in MS office and Google Mail and Calendar
- Knowledge of SharePoint/Touchpoint, Google suite tools is required
- Comfortable working within virtual structures where communication happens to a large degree by mail and phone
- Experience working with Pharma industry
Education:
- Business, commercial, IT diploma or equivalent
Language:
- English - Conversational spoken and written English
- German - advantageous
