Our client, a cutting edge insurance company, is looking for a Project Assistant / PMOto join their organization in Zurich.Responsibilities:
- Maintain weekly and monthly status reports
- Maintain issue list, ensure resolution of issues
- Update project plan
- Prepare presentations for the team meetings
- Maintain project costs
- Organize travels & trainings
- Prepare meeting minutes
- Ensure quality of project documentation
Requirements:
- Excellent analytical skills
- Programs: MS Word, MS Excel, PS Power Point, MS Project
- Previous experience in projects (ideally as PMO)
- English is mandatory
