Beschreibung

For our client, an international pharmaceutical company based in Basel, we are looking for a

Project and Administrative Assistant (60% - 3 days a week)

Main tasks:

  • Support a Team for 3 days/week (possible extention to 4 days/week within 2016)
  • Providing project management support by actively supporting project managers and carrying out project controlling, as well as administrative tasks within the team
  • Technical Document preparation and upload for every release
  • Manage approval workflow: System Specs, CIA, TS and others
  • Administration of Change requests.
  • Prepare forms or create them if needed.
  • Training coordination. Prepare and maintain folders for the team.
  • Order office supply and hardware
  • Administrate team meeting minutes. Weekly.
  • Organize monthly meetings and events
  • Monthly Consultancy costs reports
  • Assist Project Managers in daily business

Requirements:

  • Basic Knowledge in HPSM
  • Experience with Document Management Systems
  • English is a Must
