For our life-science client based in Fribourg, Switzerland, we are looking for a:
Project Administration & Communications Expert
Who:
- Drives assigned administrative activities and team communication related activities to delivers the project within the scheduled time.
- Coordinates the project resource management and onboarding of new internal and external team members, assists in the execution of trainings, organizes project events and work-shops, supports related procurement and invoicing processes in line with internal policies; assists with project presentations and communications.
- Drives project communication within the project team to facilitate the creation of a high-performing team culture.
Ideal Background:
Education (minimum/desirable):
University degree eg in Business Administration with fo-cus on Communication, at least 5 years of Communication, Marketing or Project Management experience within a large multi-national cooperation
Languages:
English fluent; knowledge in German/French or any other language is a plus
Experience:
* Strong project management and communication skills demonstrated by results in cross-functional, multi-cultural projects. Ability to drive for results and meet project deadlines.
* Proven ability to collaborate with business stakeholders to initiate and implement process changes
* Challenge the status quo and always look for opportunities to simplify and enhance project activities
* Ability to act in a complex, culturally diverse and changing business environment
* Ability to drive for results and meet project deadlines
* Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office, Outlook, Share-point; fast in learning and handling new applications; experience with SAP a plus
