For one of our client, specialized in the pharmaceutical area with HQ in Basel, we are looking for a Professional IT Supporter with experience in a manufacturing or laboratory area.
This is a challenging contracting position starting in August until the end of the year.
Tasks & Responsibilities:
- Implementation and qualification of client infrastructure in the manufacturing area. This includes also peripherals like label printers, barcode scanners etc.
- 2nd Level field support
- Support of projects
- Be the contact for customer for new requests/demand
- Once onboard on call support
- Close collaboration with internal and external partners like Business, Informatics, Engineering and Suppliers
Requirements:
- +5 years of relevant experience in supporting IT infrastructure
- 2+ years' experience in a manufacturing or laboratory area
- Excellent know-how in Windows OS and installation of different applications
- CSV background and experience in working with IT Quality
- Great customer focus skills and attention to details
- Proactive investigation of issues
- Fluent in German
- Great team player
