Production Support
On behalf of our client, a leading global company within finance, we are looking for a Production Support. For this 6 months contract position based in Zurich in Switzerland, our client is looking for a English speaking candidate who can start as soon as possible.

Your main responsibilities will be:
- 2nd Level Technical Support for software applications
- Handling incidents and problems
- Finding gaps in knowledge, performance and coaching
- Improve software applications
The skills and experience needed for this position are:
- 3 years of experience in production support
- Experience in a service orientated environment
- Work experience in the banking/financial field
- Good know-how of SQL querying and Linux
- Fluent in English, German is a plus
