Process Engineer - Cell culture vacancy for our Neuchatel based client in the pharmaceutical sector.Your tasks:
- Supporting process validation activities including writing PPQ protocols, leading execution in close collaboration with the manufacturing team and writing PPQ reports
- Implementing process characterization and validation studies in accordance with regulatory requirements
- Conducting experiments and analyzing data to improve process robustness, productivity, and yield
- Troubleshooting technical issues and providing innovative solutions to enhance process performance
- Managing multiple priorities in a manufacturing plant setting
Your experience/knowledge:
- 3+ years of experience in cell culture area for recombinant protein
- High-level knowledge of cGMP and quality requirements
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis and statistical methods
- University degree in biotechnology, engineering or a relative field
- Language skills: English and French - fluent in written and spoken
Your soft skills:
- Strong energetic team player with good communication skills
- Excellent time management and problem-solving skills
