Our client are an internationally recognised pharmaceutical company. With close to 100,000 staff world wide the company have a reputation across the industry for operating to the highest possible standards, and for hosting a working culture of development within their staff and encouraging career growth.Within their Swiss affiliate, they are searching for a Manager within the Pricing and Market Access team. Ultimately you will be responsible for obtaining market access for products within Switzerland.
Key responsibilities of the role will include, but not be limited to:
-Obtaining and submitting reimbursement approvals of NCE's, re-approvals, expanding limitations according to relevant business and company needs
-Closely liaising with marketing, franchise, sales and other pertinent business units
-Act as a central specialist amongst internal stakeholders across market access, marketing, regulatory, policy and any other relevant department within the scope of reimbursement.
The ideal candidate will possess a University Degree in Health Economics or a similiar life sciences discipline. You should have at least 5 years experience within a position of market access, outcome research or similiar, within a pharmaceutical company or consultancy to the pharmaceutical industry. You should have strong strategic skills and an understanding of the related methodologies used within operational pricing. The ideal candidate should speak German and English, and French would be an advantage.
