For a project at our banking client site in Zurich we are looking for aPMO with Banking Experience for a Testing Management Team (2657)
You are taking over an interesting PMO role within the Project Management Office as part of the overall Operations Program implementation. You will be working in a small and flexible team focusing on overall testing and training (e.g. acceptance testing, end to end testing and development of phased trainings). The project is key in regard to enable successful implementation of the new legal entity structure.

Furthermore, it is key that you are able to act and manage in a global and demanding environment. The role demands skills and abilities to understand and strive business operating models, processes, technology infrastructure as well as regulatory frameworks. It covers the full project lifecycle from concept, business requirement phase to testing, migration and implementation.
Main Activities:
• Test Data Provisioning Reporting Support
• Aggregating daily reports into weekly reports
• Test Admin tasks at daily meetings
• Creating support material for Ops Test presentations
• Supporting test planning activities
• Ensuring QC and SharePoint documentation compliance
Requirements:
• Banking background of 3+ years essential
• Experience in testing would be an advantage
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills [pivots, formulas, macros]
• Strong Microsoft PowerPoint skills
• Experience with Quality Center is an advantage
• Experience with SharePoint is an advantage
• Strong conceptual and analytical capabilities
• Willing to perform to a high standard and demonstrate resilience to stress
• Well-developed communication skills including oral and written English language (German would be an asset)
