PMO Project management Officer - Bern/German Speaker
PMO/Project management Officer is required in a delivery coordination capacity to support the Project-/Programme-/Portfolio-Managers in all emerging planning, acquisition, monitoring and information tasks. Support the application of cross-project project management systems.
As a PMO you will be required to:
- Coordination and control of the ordering process in a defined rollout for mobile devices
- Processing rollout specific user and customer inquiries
- Support the customer by line
- Monitoring of data imports and exports of the rollout tool
- Reporting
General Skills:

-Conduct meetings, moderating
-German (fluent)
Additional Skills:
- Team spirit, flexibility and high degree of responsibility
- Ability to work independently with adherence to deadlines
- Good oral and written knowledge of French or Italian a great advantage
- Strong written and oral communication (simple, clear, understandable).
- Broad ICT knowledge base; good office skills
- Experience in rollout projects of benefit
- Basic technical understanding in the field of mobile devices
