Planning System Support Assistant with profound ERP knowledge wanted for our Fribourg based client in the pharmaceutical sector.
Your experience/skills:
- Several years' experience working in a similar position
- Profound knowledge in ERP (JDE or similar) to support the GPR file set up
- Very good analytical skills along with the ability to analyze large amounts of data and present it in an understandable format for users
- Good programming experience with VBA and SQL, know-how in JDE or similar ERP as well as SAP ERP would be an asset
- Languages: fluent English both written and spoken is a must
Your tasks:
- Pushing Intranet maintenance and ensuring the accuracy of the visibility used for planning purpose
- Supporting Cognos SAR KPI as well as setting up verification and adjustment according to roll-out plan to ensure accuracy of data transmitted
- Assisting any investigation regarding GPR data accuracy to define and adjust the corrective actions to adjust the transmission from the affiliates' ERP
- Maintaining the planning visibility tool as well as analysing large amounts of data and present it in an understandable format for users
