Pension Funds Consultant wanted for our Basel based client in the pharmaceutical sector.Your experience/skills:
- University entrance qualification (Matura) or Commercial training qualification from a commercial college or commercial apprenticeship, equivalent other apprenticeship with strong administrative skills
- Several years of working experience in the field of occupational benefit schemes
- Further training in the field of social insurance, including proficiency certificate or diploma in social insurance from professional school for administration
- Competency of dealing with insured members and their concerns with sound knowledge of the law and ordinances
- Languages: fluent English and Geman both written and spoken
Your tasks:
- Fulfilling the general administration of Pension Fund insured persons
- Controlling new entrances and establishing offers for purchase of missing years for new-insured with consultation
- Managing leavings and the transfer of their transferability as well as administrating of retirement cases, of disability cases and cases of death
- Collaborating with HR associates, authorities and other Pension Funds
- Representing Pension Fund to associates and HR management at information events and workshops
