Operational Risk, Control & Policies specialist vacancy for a globally operating Zurich based company in the financial sector. In this role, you will be a part of an External Workforce Management international team, providing coordination and audit for the company's external workforce.Your experience/skills:
- 2+ years of professional experience as an Operational Risk and Control specialist
- Several years of experience with high degree of responsibility, preferably within external workforce, Audit or HR recruitment field
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programmes, especially in Excel
- Languages: English, fluent in written and spoken
Your tasks:
- Managing operational risk processes, controlling testing and reporting related to Audit, SOX and compliance requirements
- Leading monthly contingent worker background screening control process for verification of completions
- Driving, resolving and documenting closure of procedural issues or risks in close collaboration with team subject matter experts
- Providing project management support on key initiatives and projects related to the company's external workforce
