- Service Delivery management service (SPOC role)
- Location preferred 40% remote 60% in Frankfurt
- Weekend / holidays/ out of business hours work on demand (for critical incidents and
changes)
- Support areas: WAN / LAN / Wi-Fi / Voice-IP Telephony / IT network security
o Incident management
o Supplier management (raising tickets with L4 of manufacturers, e.g. Cisco, Meraki, Palo Alto, etc.)
o Monitoring in ServiceNow, Solarwinds
o Fulfilling of operational task in IPAM Infoblox
o Service Request management
o Change management
o Patching
o Firewalls management (Palo Alto)
o Working and following internal Allianz Firewall Exception policy rules
o Reporting and monitoring configuration changes in Solarwinds
