Tasks/responsibilities
• Substantial network IT infrastructure management, focusing on wide and local area network, core and backbone equipment changes, testing, internet and remote office connectivity, troubleshooting, connectivity and network address management
• Responsible for monitoring, maintaining and troubleshooting the networks of the customer and the various trading and support systems that it owns and operates for other markets
• In charge of the design, configuration, implementation, maintenance, and operation of the organization's large network, ensuring the highest availability for internal and external customers, and complying with existing service agreements
• Design, implement, and maintain network environment, connectivity and servers that meet each customer's needs and requirements, ensuring optimal network performance and cost efficiency
• Monitor closely and control third party providers, such as vendors and conduct network auditing, analyses and compliance
• Drive continuous improvements for technology, tooling, work efficiency and stability in your field of responsibility, e.g. by introducing automation and follow up on innovation, including support of DBAGs adaption to the public cloud
Qualifications/required skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Information Systems, IT, its equivalent or any suitable combination of education, training, or experience
• Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in systems network, architecture and support
• Good understanding of network technologies; LAN, WAN, WIFI, cloud and other related technologies
• Proven ability to analyze, structure and follow up on improvement measures (technologically)
• Articulated in English (additional language skills in German, French, Czech welcome) and willingness to travel (
