Mechanical Engineer/Product Specialist - Switzerland
Skills:

You have a technical background and are a qualified Mechanical Engineer with a desire to work within the field of quality management (ISO 13485, GMP, QSR).

You have a strong interest in technical issues, think analytically and like to work independently but also in interdisciplinary teams.

You have an international outlook and will join a small multicultural team.

Very good command of spoken and written English. Secondary language skills are desirable (but not essential) such as German or French.

Able to read and understand technical drawings and become a subject matter expert on the product -the client has a large portfolio and will provide training on the product.

Role:

You will be responsible for the structured investigation of products in which you investigate the cause and based on your findings, take corrective action if necessary.

Analyse production documents, test certificates and risk assessments, create tracking and document the results in the group-wide database.

Report incidents, in accordance with existing legislation, to the European Health authorities.

You will aid necessary Product Field Actions, such as Recalls or Hold Notices.

Regular reporting and accurate data analysis will be one of your areas of responsibility.
