Skills:

  • You have a technical background and are a qualified Mechanical Engineer with a desire to work within the field of quality management (ISO 13485, GMP, QSR).

  • You have a strong interest in technical issues, think analytically and like to work independently but also in interdisciplinary teams.

  • You have an international outlook and will join a small multicultural team.

  • Very good command of spoken and written English. Secondary language skills are desirable (but not essential) such as German or French.

  • Able to read and understand technical drawings and become a subject matter expert on the product -the client has a large portfolio and will provide training on the product.

  • The client is a world leading medical technology company and offer excellent prospects for promotion, whether through R&D or Design Quality Reviews. The company is growing, has an international focus and develops its employees through in house training and education.

Role:

  • You will be responsible for the structured investigation of products in which you investigate the cause and based on your findings, take corrective action if necessary.

  • Analyse production documents, test certificates and risk assessments, create tracking and document the results in the group-wide database.

  • Report incidents, in accordance with existing legislation, to the European Health authorities.

  • You will aid necessary Product Field Actions, such as Recalls or Hold Notices.

  • Regular reporting and accurate data analysis will be one of your areas of responsibility.
