Do you want to be part of redesigning data science solution for a department? Do you get excited by creating a solution to include data models, scoring models and alert generation models with new features all the time? Join out team to:
- Build new functionality into our data model while continuing comine all data sources in an efficient way.
- Increase the coverage of our detection model based on newly defined scenarios
- Set up model components to function as solid building blocks that can function on their own and can be leveraged by other projects as well
- Ensure the performance is sufficient for daily batch scoring and for one-off runs on multiple years of data
Ideally, you have experience in:
- Carry responsibility for (large parts of) our data science model(s), including model design, good quality code and supporting your medior and junior colleagues to use best practices and follow the same way of working across the entire team.
- Experience in buildling open source ML Models
- Experience in Fraud detection/transaction monitoring
What you need to success:
- Academic degree (MSc/Phd) in Data Science, Econometrics, Mathematics or a related field, good Bsc profiles are welcomed as well
- 5+ years' experience in advanced analytics/modelling/artificial intelligence activities (ideally with large data sets)
- Highly skilled with Python, PySpark and Spark (Azure Databricks experience is a plus).
- Software development skills and good practices such as Git, release management, unit tests, testing strategy.
- Proven success in bringing analytics models to production.
- Can identify model improvements and provide statistically significant proof to justify implementation
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
